Two sessions a day. Six places each.
- 09:30 — cool air, the estate still quiet.
- 17:30 — heat, cold, and then the sunset.
- €85 per person on its own — no overnight stay needed.
- €65 per person when added to a stay.
Sessions with a chosen date can be paid by card at booking. Everything else is confirmed personally within 24 hours.
Before you book
- Tell us beforehand about pregnancy, cardiac conditions, blood-pressure treatment or recent surgery. Heat and cold plunging are not right for everyone.
- The team may adapt the circuit or decline participation for safety reasons — in which case anything paid is refunded in full.
- A session booked for a specific date is a leisure service with a fixed date: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Decree-Law 24/2014, art. 17). Our own rescheduling terms apply instead: [POLÍTICA DE REMARCAÇÃO — pendente]
